Summer Beach Mini Sessions- 100.00 retainer to book

Summer fun in at the beach! These minis are the perfect way to play and enjoy yourself at the beach and have a fun and short session . The focus is on capturing those moments and smiles/ cuddles/ laughs etc.

MINI SESSION I 250.00 + HST ( 100.00 due at booking ) the balance is due the day of the session
Includes a 20-25 min session on location. You will receive a gallery of 40+images provided to you digitally through Download.
High resolution and ready to print.
Images to be delivered 2 weeks after shoot date.

Location: Presquile Beach 1
Entrance to the Beach is free Monday-Thursday- this must be pre-booked 5 days before your arrival on the Ontario Parks Reservation System( even if you have a season pass)

Terms & Conditions: full payment is required to hold your session spot and payment is non-refundable. Should you not be able to attend the session or are ill, you may transfer your session to a gift card to be used in 2021. All sales are final. These sessions are good for - engagement/couples, children and families (immediate family only).

- If COVID restrictions close the farm or second wave closures begin, your session will not be refunded but turned into a gift card

WEATHER: Please note sunset is later in the summer months, in the event that it is cloudy we may have to push up your session time slightly, Please be aware that this does not happen often but I kindly remind you to keep this in consideration.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the amounts paid are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated.

WEATHER: If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. If the photo session must be rescheduled due to clients cooperation where the photographer has traveled to reach the destination, additional travel fees will apply and truck will not be available any dates other than what is listed unless Photographer needs to reschedule due to weather. Because mini sessions are scheduled on a very tight basis, any amount of time the client is late will be deducted from their session. Client agrees to try to arrive 5 minutes before their time slot to prevent this.
Sessions are only 20 minutes please be dressed and on time and follow the event page for instructions on parking etc.
